Smart Parking PCN at Instavolt EV Charge Point. POPLA declined

Hi.
I have two PCNs issued after using an EV charger located inside Broadstairs Bannatynes Sports centres. The first appeal was turned down by POPLA who said its members only, which it isn't according to Instavolt. The Smart Parking fine is no longer reduced so sitting at £100. Not keen to pay obviously though not sure what to do next ?
I have another one for the exact same thing and used the advised statement to POPLA about them not being authorised to issue PCNs at this site so will see how that goes.
For the refused one is it best to just ignore and sit and wait or just pay up ?
Thanks,
Andy

Ignore of course. You will NEVER have to pay this. Tell them if you move house but that's common sense.
Have you told Instavolt that they need to grow a pair and start being robust and telling retail parks that the bays they lease are NOT subject to the general parking time limits imposed by scam parking operators, especially not the terms that only allow ten minutes when stores are closed.
EV charging firms need to stop allowing this scam to happen and just refuse to take it. They'll only do that if THEY get enough complaints.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
