What is jumping out at me for that is the £500 for groceries. I am on my own and mine includes household cleaning stuff as well and it is nowhere near that.
Do you need a special diet, is that a guess, have you looked at receipts to see where it’s going? Some of that could definitely be going into an emergency fund.
Nothing for entertainment, do you never go out and do anything?
I didnt feel like i could budget for enteratinment as i have so mjuch debt
You might be in a lot of debt but for the sake of your sanity you need to have some time out once in a while. Even if it’s just small cheaper things. And you do really need something in an emergency fund. It's going to go pear shaped in the longer term otherwise when something unexpected happens. You have three dogs and nothing put aside for vet bills or vaccinations. Even PDSA are charging more now. It has to be realistic for this to work. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
If you are living with your partner you must do the SOA as a couple.
You say they don't contribute to the household expenses why?
You can't afford to keep another person and 3 dogs on what you are earning, something has to give.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
Can you specify how much is owing for each CT year?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

I doubt any IVA firm would accept your partner not contributing to the household expenses if they are in work. Do they also have debts?
