SC said that  basically said bankrupsy and dmp aren’t viable and IVA only. But the council tax would be my responsibility to deal with.
Are you saying Stepchange wont include the council tax debt in an IVA?

For the sake of clarity, are Rundles debt collectors or bailiffs?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Won’t include in DMP- hence why they recommend IVA

Bailiffs for council tax have no right to enter your house unless you invite them in; do not do this. Do you own a car that is parked outside?

    Yes, Rundles are bailiffs

Yes, they always play hardball with payment plans

Yes, in a dmp, you sort out your priority debts first and the others get what is left over.

My earlier question (now in different words) is How much do you owe in Council Tax?

You should be able to find out from your council's website, although it does sound like your £150 per month is going to take 30+ months just to clear that one debt.
