in Parking tickets, fines & parking
Can anyone advise please. £170 parking fine for 3 seconds of "parking" in hatched yellow area of private land behind flats to answer an urgent phone call .. sign in corner covered by overgrown bushes etc and not blocking any entrance 
have appealed but now have formal Letter of Claim in accordance tieh the Pre Action protocol for Debt Claims
Any advise appreciated. Can i ignore it?

    You could ignore THIS stage (but not a Claim Form) but why aren't you just doing what NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST says re LBC stage?

    Please don't copy & paste the standard LBC reply here, nor the solicitor's template response either. Search the forum for its tedious phrases when it arrives so you can read other people's threads ahead of you in the game.
