The advice is to download and complete a N180 Directions Questionnaire and send it to the CNBC in Northampton and copy in the lawyers 

I edited my earlier reply to tell you exactly what to do, please read my last reply once more 

It is better to NOT fill in the actual paperwork forms 

It is better,  quicker and cheaper to NOT use Royal Mail either 

It IS BETTER,  cheaper and quicker to download an electronic N180 pdf document,  fill it in and attach to one email to both parties involved,  so in your case the DQ email address and to a B W Legal email address  ( which have been posted in other recent B W Legal threads on here   ) the instructions do mention using email  !

Steps 3 , 4 , 5 & 6 cover it

OK, and when you email that completed pdf document  ( no need to wait  ) , ensure that you get the auto email response back from the CNBC in Northampton,  checking both your Inbox and also your spam folder too

Hi Gr1pr, please just to confirm that is it necessary to get auto email response from BW Legal too?  as i copied them in the DQ email and I only got a automated response back from CNBC alone and no auto response from BW Legal. Just don’t want them to say they didn’t receive it. Thanks in advance for your response back.

Dont worry about the solicitors,  they won't respond,  it's the CNBC one that is important
