Ohh that’s great, she deserves it indeed👍 Thank you so much for responding to me @Gr1pr. I was looking for the defence template thread but couldn’t locate it, I think it’s because I’m new here and trying to figure out how to navigate the forums 😀0

Its currently the top thread on the forum, so several threads above this thread2

Ohh great thanks for letting me know1

Hi Gr1pr.Many thanks for your support and help in my last enquiry. I received the below letter and I was wondering if it’s advisable to filled this letter and sign it and then attached it back to them through the email as per the 12 steps instructions on the defence thread, only that I can’t find the right BW legal and UK carpark management email as they have many? And I needed to copy them in too. Kind regards0

Is that one from B W Legal ? Not from the CNBC in Northampton ? )
Check if any N180 accompanying it is partially filled in and let us know
You definitely do not fill anything in
Copy and paste your MCOL claim history below
Please note, there are now only 8 steps in the defence template thread, not 12, so study them again1 -
No, this is not from BW Legal, the letter is from CNBC and they also include a 8 pages of form called N180 and it was not partially filled in , I have to answer all the questions in the form. Thanks0

I am confused, did you say I should not filled the N180 Directions Questionnaire form? But it’s stated that it should be completed Page 1-8? And I have a deadline for 4th August.0

The 8 steps in the defence template thread tell you what to do instead, so as I said, study the 8 steps once again
To be clear, you should DOWNLOAD the N180 DQ document from the government website and fill it in and e sign it, save the resulting completed pdf, attach it to your email and send it to the DQ email address at the CNBC in Northampton, and CC b w legal as well, so one email, one attachment, 2 email destinations only
Bear in mind that mediation is now compulsory, so you dont get a choice on the form
Perhaps the step 3 in the defence template thread needs more instructions, just to be crystal clear ?1 -
Okay many thanks @Gr1pr . I need to go and read it again1

Hi Gr1pr. So sorry I kept coming back but I am really confused and don’t understand it and I’m now worried not to make a mistake. So basically you told me not to fill in the paperwork but on the 8 steps defence template thread that I just read now , it was stated on number 3 and I quoted 👇
3:Wait for your own Directions Questionnaire from the CNBC and then complete & email it to the CNBC (see box below for the DQ email) and cc in the info@ address for the legals acting for the Claimant.
It was stated to complete the Direction Questionnaire I received from CNBC and then email back to the CNBC on the thread? But you said I should not ? That is why I’m confused or am i looking at a wrong thread?
Please can you double my previous letter I attached to you.0
