You have two different companies there, International Moving Limited is based in London, has it's confirmation statement overdue, has only just avoided a compulsory strike off and seems to be something very not right about them. The website you link to is for Swift Removals, they are based in Gloucester and are a totally different company. Which company did your friend use, which company did they take legal action against?
From what I understand they actually have 3 companies, domestic, European and international. The address on yell.com for the European arm is the Dartford address. I assume though that the London address is their head office. Interesting to hear the company info, where did you read all this.

There is another company called Swift removals in Gloucester  - the logo both use distinguishes them. I had checked this with her. It’s the one in the picture I attached that she used.

Get it moved up to high court rite and engage their bailiffs. They can try and recover the money by seizing assets.
Can I just check does she just write to them to say as far as she is aware that us the correct address and to proceed as they typically would and leave it with them? The London address?

It would be prudent to establish the correct company  that was used before any court action.

At present the  Court action does not appear to have been made to the correct entity.
From looking online this is the correct company, that is the invoice they sent her in my image They have three arms of business - domestic, European and international. On yell.com I can see the European arm (she was moving thugs to Italy) is based in Dartford, but head office is in London.

I don’t know what to suggest she does hence asking for some advice on here. Does she just write to the courts to say the London address is one to use and for them to proceed as they typically would?

Again I assume that this is for more than £600.

If so, the County Court does not need to be involved. You can go to any High Court firm - I am reluctant to suggest one but if you google HCEO many will come up

    Actually, try this

    https://www.hceoa.org.uk/choosing-a-hceo

There is a small fee and they will then take steps to recover the money plus those fees and their fees

Why not speak to one of the high court sheriff's and ask their advice? Normally, they research the company, looking for offices with assets.

Might want to write to the company registrar pointing out the CCJ, just in case they try and fold the company.  Sounds like you will be joining a queue.  (I don't know how you do it in practice speak to companies house)
