    How do I delete the picture from the thread? There doesn’t seem to be an option to delete it….

    You can't do it yourself until you reach Forumite status (a few more posts to go until then), so hit the red Report button and ask a Forum Admin to assist.

    Hi everyone, I have now received another letter from GDR solicitors stating I need to pay within 14 days. Shall I ignore this letter too? Here’s a screen shot

    Proper letters before claim must allow you 30 days not 14 days.  If it allows only 14 days, it is a begging/debt collector letter!

    Ignore QDR ... unless you get a claim form but experience shows that'll come in the end from DCB Legal next year.

    Hi, I have now received a letter from HM courts & Tribunals service saying I owe DCB Legal Ltd money (£295.53)… can anyone advise on what to do with this? Leading from my previous post

    It started with the OSNER scam ZZPS … went on to QDR who started withe rubbish and it got worse, making threats which are more rubbish. I would send a complaint the the CMA enclosing a copy of the QDR letter which is not in the interests of the consumer

    As per USUAL it ends with DCBL but from QDR claiming £160, how does DCBL make it £295.53 ???

    It is a money scam because DCBL has added FAKE amounts which means they have applied the OSNER SCAM WHICH MEANS DCBL ARE ATTEMPTING TO MIS LEAD THE COURT WITH DOUBLE RECOVERY

    DOUBLE RECOVERY IS NOT ALLOWED

    This will be another DCBL case where they wil spanked and DCBL know it hence they discontinue

    You play the now fun game with DCBL. until they chicken out with a letter from DAVID CROOT a direcror of DCBL
