SMART PARKING LTD / ZZPS

Options
Oct 2022 I parked on private land, not park of Alfred st car park. I receive a letter saying I owe money for parking without a ticket. Emailed asking for proof and singage. They said PCN was stuck to window.

7th may 2025 I receive a letter from zzps asking for 160£ emailed asking for proof again and basically was denied as they’re a third party and their client deemed correspondence as sent before. I then receive another letter 23rd may 2025 from zzps still asking for 160£ and stating I ignored their last letter. Again emailed asking for proof otherwise treating as a scam.

Now 6th June another letter this time from GCTT “warning notice of transfer to solicitors”

can someone help on what to do from here as I can’t appeal way out of the time for appeals… do I just ignore? Go to court and fight them?

    Yep GCTT are ZZPS.

The letters to ignore are already shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

They may issue a court claim against you within the next 6 years

But they are unlikely to go as far as court

You must not ignore a Letter Of/Before Claim or County Court Claim form. If one is issued follow advice in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post.  Then, read the following thread.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    GCTT won't.

Come back when you get a LBC from a solicitor. Tell them if you move house, obviously.
