Vodafone Activation delayed

    You should be getting £6.24 for each day you are without service:

    I'm getting activated on Wed, so I hope I don't have the same experience.

    Did you succeed, I've been informed after numerous discussions with customer care that yes Openreach completed the procedure on time 12th june, it's took six days of trying to get an answer that my Activation will now be 24th June and there nothing that can be done about it, but we will compensate you, so much for Vodafone one touch.

    It was all incredibly smooth for me - but I was changing from Virgin Media to Vodafone. Within 5 minutes of the Openreach engineer leaving I was up and running and my Virgin Media connection switched off. I contacted support for my login details to use my own router as well and that was super fast - refreshing coming from Virgin Media where everything is a 6 hour battle :)

    Sorry, sounds like you've had a nightmare. Weird how they just can't switch you on!
