Virgin Media - Direct Debit / Owe/Outstanding Balance error today

Got an email from VirginMedia (proper no scam) saying payment missed - after going through the web chat to a human turns out to be a problem at their end:

"Please ignore the above message that your receiving what we are seeing on your account is the right information the payment has gone through for you and you don't have any outstanding balance that needs to be cleared by you."

"Most of the customers are receiving the bill stating that there is outstanding balance that is some error on the system here so please don't worry about it"
