When doing a dummy booking on EasyJet.com, and selecting a car add-on with Car Trawler, the site seems to add the pick up time of +30mins after the scheduled arrival time.

If a flight is delayed, important to follow the instructions of the car rental firm, or try to make contact with them to notify of any flight delay.

Whilst perhaps nice to think that a car hire agent in a busy airport might look at a flight information board and determine that you might be late collecting the car, it is not something I would rely on.

Difficult to see how the OP would end up with the wrong time. Assuming that the flight time had not been changed I would suspect the back button or the page scroll key.
I did once find that the back button was changing prepopulated entries inappropriately on the Easyjet website.
