Deco dropping

We have deco (not sure of the exact model) to provide better wifi coverage and parental controls.
Sometimes the coverage just drops and we have no internet.
I don't think it is the ISP as normally when we watch netflix on the TV - connected to the router it works fine.
Any ideas?

Have you tried a network optimisation recently?I’ve noticed we get a drop out from time to time and the network optimisation comes back with channel interference..
We use deco s41 -
I've been having the same - multiple, regular drop outs from my Deco S4 in the last few months. I haven't tweaked any settings that I recall. It does reset and restore without any action, but it's still annoying
Where do I check/find network optimisation and channel inteference?
