Trading 212 ISA transfer

Options
I spoke to 212 regarding my transfer to Chip, I only had the account number so I spoke to 212 and Chip. 212 told me to use the sort code 00-00-00 and the account number, unfortunately this did not work so I spoke to 212 again and they said use 12-34-56, this did work okay and it only took 3 days for the transfer to complete. Chip told me to use the account number as the roll number. Inever got the chance to try this

Regretting moving to Trading 212. Its taken 4 weeks to transfer to them, have been promised the bonus rate. Now that the transfer has happened, apparently they have to take the query for a review and can no longer confirm. I fear its going to be a pain to transfer out based on what you say and not get the bonus!

I am attempting 2x ISA transfers out of T212. One via Progressive BS and the other via XTB.com. Both have taken more than a month so far and in both cases T212 claim that the other providers have not sent them any instructions. I am having to send lots of messages. Hard work.

I've had a similar issue recently.
It turned out the new provider was sending the transfer requests to the wrong T212 email address.
Double check with your new providers that they are sending the requests to
    isa.cash.transfers.out@trading212.com

Had a surprisingly quick transfer out of T212 to chip. I used the Isa reference number instead of the account number. Started the transfer Friday 6th and was completed Tuesday 10th a day after signing the e-transfer note on Monday via the T212 app.
Very impressed with chip compared to trying to transfer first into T212 and then monument. Both which took over a month and then Monument screwed up the transfer and returned it after 5 days lost in space.

A note of warning for the additional bonus rate from MSE link,  this is not applicable to transfers in.
