Here’s a screenshot of what happens when I try to copy the email address from the box.0 -
But if you download the picture and expand it, as I have just done, it's clear that it's DQ , ditto in step 5 in the 8 steps1

I didn’t download the picture, I just copied it from the box on the thread and then it pasted in to my post as DO and not DQ. In my picture you can see that it is clearly an O .Gr1pr said:But if you download the picture and expand it, as I have just done, it's clear that it's DQ
When you zoom in on the picture you can see it’s a Q but it doesn’t copy as a Q. Maybe that’s unique to my computer.

Then copy the address in step 5, which is why coupon mad put it there ( maybe your computer is hacked like Jaguar Land Rover ? Lol )
Clearly you cannot rely on the OCR installed in your PC0 -
I have a new iPad so I hope there are no problems with it! Out of curiosity I will try the copy and paste from my work computer tomorrow.Gr1pr said:Then copy the address in step 5, which is why coupon mad put it there ( maybe your computer is hacked like Jaguar Land Rover ? Lol )

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

Hi,
I had my mediation call last week. I was asked if I was going to pay the debt and I said no as I stand by everything I said in my appeal against the fine. He told me that it would go to court and explained the whole court process to me. He said they have a 50% chance of winning and they might drop the case at some point in the future but not necessarily.I was not given the opportunity to pay a lesser amount as I have seen that other people have during their mediation calls.
Does my call sound standard ? Should I have said something different?

All standard stuff, put it behind you, the process will carry on, same as in most cases we see, it's a nothing stage, but now a compulsory stage
Please change your thread title to something more suitable like
