@Coupon-mad @Le_Kirk
Hi, I emailed my defence on the 1st July and received an email of confirmation which stated I would hear something within 10 days but I’ve not had a reply.Should I be worried or do I need to follow it up ?0 -
The typical wait time is around 2 weeks, for it to be logged, nevermind anything in reply, so hopefully be done before weekend, check your claim history then , or before
BTW, you won't get a postal letter that quickly, which is why you should be checking your MCOL claim history2 -
Hi,
I have received this letter advising that they intend to proceed with the claim and asking me to call to discuss a settlement.
Can you please advise if I should call them?

Standard stuff, is covered in the 8 steps in the defence template thread, please study them ( but no contacting them at all )
So the answer is , NO , DEFINITELY NOT3 -
Hi, I have now received N180 and I’m ready to email it.
Am I right in thinking that when I email it to do.cnbc@justice.gov.uk , I need to cc in DCB Legal and Euro Carparks ?0 -
That email address is incorrect
No, you email it back to the CNBC and CC in DCB Legal, not ECP1 -
Thanks.Gr1pr said:That email address is incorrect

I copy and pasted the email address from the box on the thread that has the defence template/steps to follow. I’ve just double checked the box and it does copy and paste as do.cnbc@justice.gov.uk
But I assume it must be DQ.cnbc@justice.go.uk

DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk is the actual address in the 8 steps that you are following, and the same in the picture showing all the addresses, not o for orange, but q for queen. I have no idea where you get do from !
Its DQ , Directions Questionnaire0 -
If I copy and paste from the box it comes out as DO and not DQ. I’ve done it 4 times and same every time. Very strange!Gr1pr said:DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk is the actual address in the 8 steps that you are following, and the same in the picture showing all the addresses, not o for orange, but q for queen. The 8 steps say
5. the completed DQ should be returned by email to the CCBC to this address: DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk.
Cc a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant (or their solicitor if they are using one).0
