    Hi All,

I recently maxed out on premium bonds. My first eligible draw was June, and I was lucky enough to win 3 prizes.

It has been setup to pay prizes directly into my current account, however we're now on the 8th working day of the week, and I've not received anything.

Is this normal? Their website states payments should be made within 7 working days. I did call them yesterday, but they were very dismissive and just said to wait a few more days.

Did anybody on here win in the June draw, and have you been paid? What time of the day are prizes usually paid out?

    Many Thanks,
    Andy
Have you been listening to The Beatles?

Update for anyone finding this thread in the future. The prizes arrived in my account overnight. It seems like the phone call worked!

Hi. I bought Premium Bonds  for the first time in June. I won a small prize this month and received an email informing of this on the 4th.

The prize is supposed to go into my NSI Direct Saver so I imagined it would be sitting there by now. Is this normal? I used to look after my late uncle 's NSI accounts and I'm sure his prizes were paid quicker than this.

Had there been a nought (or two) on the end, I'd be stressed out.

According to https://www.nsandi.com/help/manage-your-savings/premium-bonds-prizes it seems they can take up to seven working days - looking back over the last umpteen months ours have arrived on either the 8th or 9th of the month which would agree with that.

Well, here we are in the early hours of the 8th and the money isn't in, despite it going to an NSI account.

Mine are normally paid in around 9 am on whatever day they go in, between the 8th and 10th normally.
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

I feel like they are paid on a Monday more often than not - NS&I wanting the interest on the prize money over the weekend?
