Premium Bonds Prizes not paid (yet?)

Hi All,
I recently maxed out on premium bonds. My first eligible draw was June, and I was lucky enough to win 3 prizes.
It has been setup to pay prizes directly into my current account, however we're now on the 8th working day of the week, and I've not received anything.
Is this normal? Their website states payments should be made within 7 working days. I did call them yesterday, but they were very dismissive and just said to wait a few more days.
Did anybody on here win in the June draw, and have you been paid? What time of the day are prizes usually paid out?
Many Thanks,
Andy

Is your nominated account set up correctly? You should be able to check it online.AP3 said:Hi All,

I won £25 in the June draw. I'm set up to pay out prizes to my nominated account. Money arrived on Monday. Normally arrives in account overnight, so there first thing in morningAP3 said:Hi All,

Mine also appeared on Monday this week.1

Mine appeared on Sunday, a first for me. It would seem it's not the traditional BACS transfer but FP1

I called them and apparently the prizes were stuck in "verification", whatever that means, and should now be paid within 3 days. I won't hold my breath!0

If this was your first payout to your nominated account, it may be some sort of verification process (akin to CoP) to check that account is in your name. Hope your funds arrive quickly.AP3 said:I called them and apparently the prizes were stuck in "verification", whatever that means, and should now be paid within 3 days. I won't hold my breath!2 -
I got mine on Monday, but did receive mine a few days later than other forumites earlier in the year. They usually pay between the 8th and the 10th, later when the 1st is not a working day. I would contact them if you don’t have them by the end of the week.1
