Manchester airport and APCOA. 7 minutes cost me £200 !!!

Options
Manchester airport parking - asking for advice please.    I dropped off my luggage for a Virgin Airways twilight suitcase drop - I eventually found the drop off - it was chaotic but I dropped the bags and off I went on holiday.  However, I have just returned to two invoices from APCOA with photos of my car specifying  entry time 17.00.04 with an exit time of 17.01.11 for drop off forecourt T2 and the second one shows entry 17.03.05 and exit 17.06.54 for pick up zone only T2.  I did struggle to find the my way out of the car parking area but for a total of 6 minutes 50 seconds I’ve been hit with fines totalling £200!!!!    Any help in advising where I stand?    Thanx

Definitely not fines,  it's either 2 Parking Charge Notices, or 2 Penalty Notices, so which   ?

You appeal each one separately,  as keeper,  using the no keeper liability on airport land template appeal

No blabbing about who was driving or about the incident itself,  stay as keeper

Its not cost you a penny because you didn't and wont be paying

    Use this to beat both

This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw
    **not relevant land for POPLA**

Nothing has cost you (nor will cost you) anything. Why are you calling a scam invoice - that is as easy as pie to beat - a 'FINE'?

You don't have any fine. So easy to see off.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nothing to do with Group Nexus. This is APCOA. And there’s no need for that aggressive tone. Use the standard appeal template that always works at other APCOA airport sites like Heathrow- https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6500170/group-thread-for-heathrow-and-gatwick-drop-off-pcns/p1

Both appeal texts work equally well.  This appeal has worked for years and it was originally used from around 2014 for the likes of Highview and then worked on smart
For non POFA  cases who are BPA members cases it has never failed
    @troublemaker22 i have sent you a PM

Help! Dropped off at Manchester airport on 16th May and paid charges online straight away. Moved house and then updated log book address. In that timeframe a parking charge was sent unbeknownst to me. Just received post from the old house from new owner and there’s a parking charge which has gone well over 28 days to appeal or pay (I checked and I did pay out put one digit wrong on the registration!)

what will happen with this and is there any way out from this?

Ignore them for now,  no paying,  no blabbing about who was driving or about what happened

My worry is they keep writing to the old address and we may not get any further post now so we won’t know if they are escalating it to court.

Then email the DPO at Apcoa with your current address and the pcn reference number,  stating that their pcn was delivered to the old address and needs reissuing to the new address

No blabbing about who was driving or about what happened,  there is no keeper liability on airport land,  and they don't know who was driving unless someone tells them, not a good idea
