Ryanair app/online not letting me change flight

Further to my previous post, after Ryanair have cancelled a my flight from Vienna back to Stansted, I am trying to change my flight for free. On the app I just get an error message, on my laptop account it just provides a blank page. The chat function has me at number 372 in the queue. Before I spend the rest of my day holding on the phone trying to get through to them, can anyone suggest anything please?

In my experience it doesn't take too long to rattle through the Ryanair wait list, even when its in the 100s. Just do something else and look back every 5 minutes.1
