Yea both the fix have exit fees. But the when the price cap comes in they might also change the fix to a lower rate0

Now whether to fix in for a year or 2 years0

So does that not mean July's rates will be better than junes? No it doesn't.The price cap only covers the Standard Variable Tariff.Fixed tariffs follow whatever the supplier believes will happen to wholesale prices over the period of the fix, and is also influenced by whatever hedging they have in place over that period.0

Okay I will fix now and hope if something better comes along they don't charge the exit fee.
I bet the exit fee that they quote is double what they say too as they just quote a dual fixed rate with an exit fee of x amount. I bet it is x amount for gas and x amount for electricity. Again that I'd not clear either.0 -

If you go onto your online account you can pick your tariff.
It will have exit fees but these only apply if you leave OFTM. If you switch to another OFTM tariff you are not charged exit fees. We have switched tariffs a few times this year already.
Moving to the SVR will just cost you more money unnecessarily. OFTM have already lowered their prices recently. There is no reason to suspect that their fixed rates will drop further in July. And if they do you can switch at no cost to you.1
