When I parked in October, I did not see any signs along the wall, and there were several other vehicles parked there as well. At that time, due to relocation, all technicians and cardiac outpatients were moving between the original site and the hospital,  so the area was quite busy.

When my relative later revisited, the site was much quieter. No vans were parked along the wall, which allowed them to clearly see and capture the signs. They appeared new, so I cannot say with certainty whether they were there in October last year.

In the photo with a single car, that is the exact spot where I parked in October.

I do not recall seeing the white and red sign at that time.

I asked a family member to take the photos during a hospital visit about a month ago, but unfortunately, they did not capture the signs clearly.
the red and white sign is prohibitory and probably says staff car park and fine £70 and no way to pay.

Parking eye claim they captured my vehicle entering leaving and parking without payment, but if there are no signs telling how to pay and how much to pay where I parked, there’s no contract? As in Bull case?

The only clear red & white sign is no smoking! Yes the other one is not readable and looks new.

Your WS needs an intro and a statement of truth. Have a look at the style and form of words by other recent posters, e.g. @Feyla and @Char27

And just a reminder even though this claim is stressful: before the end of next week please please do the government's Public Consultation.

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline.

    See this thread: -

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Absolutely, on Monday  I’m doing public consultation. I have already started, but saved and put on pause to file witness statement on time.

Got the WS bundle from PE today. They’re sending LPC Law to the hearing, as it should keep their costs down.

Their bundle includes a site plan with “signs at or around the car park” but:

    • I didn’t actually park in the car park – I parked in the adjacent area.

    • Their plan is titled “installation location” and looks to be the original layout from when they first took over the site, so at least 6 years out of date.

    • in my own photos you can see a “Staff Permit Holders Only” prohibitive sign between 2 parked cars. That sign does not appear anywhere in their bundle.

    • The small wall-mounted signs (also in my photos) are completely omitted from their evidence too.

So their evidence doesn’t reflect the reality on the ground.

One other thing, is that court order arrived when I was away and I missed 7 days deadline to book mediation. In my n180 I mentioned the dates when I would not be available and first 20 days of August were among them. I have emailed mediation service, but they have a backlog.
