Anyone eaten POBS? Could be served for breakfast or dessert and was used to wean my babies.
Basically, stale bread, soaked into scalded milk, made into mush and eaten. A sprinkle of sugar or jam makes it more appetising.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
