    At what point can you not get away with describing ya rice pudding as caramalised and have to admit it's BURNT :-/ Don't do burnt myself of course but do serve the odd dish with a bit of colour ;D

    Yuk - semolina!

    My favourite tho is def rice pudding with loads of skin! (I stir it in half way through so I we get more) ;D
