    Interesting.

I like Spusu. So much nicer to deal with than EE !

have a look at TalkHome. (I think they have less functionality though)  or CoOp

Glad I saw this post, I was just about to jump ship to Spusu but I just checked and my Honor phone is not on their supported list.

aah this is why my outgoing calls take an age to connect and most of my incoming calls go straight to VM.

    Honor 7 Pro, not supported.
  • Seems to me that Spusu are getting the blame for some handsets that don't have all the functionality that they should, which Spusu would have no control over? Either way, always important to check compatibility / phone specs first. My experience of Spusu is they are excellent, and their customer service is way better than most others I've used over the years.
  • Yep, phone answered in 2 rings and issue solved in seconds 11/10 from me.

I spent over an hour with sky this morning with very poor results 0/100
  • WE have nearly fallen into this trap.  We were about to port mine and my husband's phones to SPUSU from EE.  Hubby phoned the customer service team to check something and we were only at that point warned that WI-FI calling hasn't been rolled our for our Motorola G31 handsets!  We need this facility as we live in a rural area and not always the GREATEST signal and is absolutely essential for visiting the in-laws as the EE network is terrible.  I think it would be useful if they put a disclaimer on the front screen as it is a bit misleading in that it does state WI-FI calling and you really have to search for the information on what phones are supported.  If you don't know that Wi_fi calling is network dependent rather than phone dependent (It works fine for me on EE on my G31) then you wouldn't know to look further.  Sigh....guess I won't be saving £3.50 a month in the short term.

In phone terms that’s an old phone (4 years old now) so odds are it won’t ever be updated for them to support it.
