ASHP heating problem

in Heat pumps
I have a Samsung ashp heating pump, no air in the rads to bleed, no error on the screen, although there is one in the logs. The system shows as both heating and water on, but no matter what I do, I cannot get any heating

What temperature is your room thermostat set to? Does the heat pump fan come on? At this time of year it could be supplying heat but the radiators may appear to be cold, but are just lower than blood temperature, so don't feel warm to the touch.0

can you get hot water. does the circulating pump run. have you got a diverter valve, is it operating to divert water to heating or hot water when the stats/programmer calls for heat. What are your thermostats set to.
Have you fiddled with the controller
what was the error in the logs, when did it happen and how was it clearedNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
Yes I can get hot water
No sound coming from the external pump
No idea about a dieter pump. All I know is that the hot water takes priority over the heating
Thermostat set to different temp, but nothing works if we use that
No idea how to use the controller,
Error was indoor 200000 /E911 error that i found from the log file dated 7/06/25 10 -
A quick look shows that error code E911 suggests that you've got a flow problem. Have you got TRVs on your rads. Its possible that its warm enough that they've all closed and theres insufficient water flowing when you stat is calling for heat. https://www.bing.com/videos/riverview/relatedvideo?q=samsung+heat+pump+error+code+e911&mid=CDE4292E313A04D70D52CDE4292E313A04D70D52&FORM=VIRE
I got something similar if all my floor loops closed down, the heat pump shuts down with a low flow error and needs to be reset.
Alternatively I have had a couple of occasions where the flow switch has got stuck (possibly a bit of crud in it) which gives a different error code which actually needs the flow switch to be taken out and cleaned (I can do this myself as the first time it happened was on Christmas day in 2019 and there wasn't much hope of getting someone out to fix it)Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
Something like the above, or clogged strainer (if one is installed) would be my guess.0

I wondered about clogged basket filter but you wouldn't get DHW in that case, so ruled it out. I suppose the immersion heater could be heating the cylinder, though. It's an easy 5 minute job to clean the filter, so worth doing whatever.0

I don’t precisely know the answer to the above. I was just assuming there might be as there’s more pipework providing more resistance.0
