Between my wife and I we have an income [state pension and some private pensions] of just under £32,000 pa. However, if we add in our savings, the total comes to well over the £35,000 level. If I move our savings in an ISA, will that then make us eligible for the WFA??? I guess I am asking: is an ISA [which is tax free] regarded as 'income'?0
