New Tactic from TV Licencing?

Their "databases" are definitely up the creek - my daughter (who moved out many years ago and got married 13 years ago ), still receives a letter from TVL to my house in her maiden name for the repayment schedule for the next 12 months from the correct bank account - even tho' she has the licence in her correct name for her own property online and has moved twice in the past few years AND switched banks !.Cornucopia said:
If you have a Licence but are still receiving enforcement letters then that suggests a problem with their database that might be worth looking into.bogie_1411 said:I have had 6 letters from TV licencing team saying I need a TV licence and threatening to come to my house. I have lived in this house and bought a tv licence for 15 years and have a bank DD which pays for a licence each year. I keep hoping that I will get a visit from someone from national savings to tell me I have won a million pound on premium bonds so I had better be careful not to be rude when I get a visitor.1
