I am unsure if the two rohan emails are valid, and i did receive an email back from bw stating that one of their email addresses is no longer valid but it didn't state which email address it refers too, but the email came from noreply@bwlegal.co.uk1 -
I no longer have access to the postal address i used for this case. Its been a month since I emailed about the change of address, should I download the N180 and just send it off, or ring the CNBC and see if they have sent the questionnaire.0

Email claimresponses with it attached, stating that you emailed it on DD MM YY and received the email auto response but it's not been logged
In the header write
URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS claim reference ABC123456
Change the ABC123456 ending to your actual claim reference number , obviously
Repeat it as the starter line in the email body, followed by your brief explanation as to why you are emailing the CNBC and attach the defence again2 -
