Premier Park County Court Claim Stage

Premier Park have decided to give me a reason to come back here.
I've gone through the process before and have had the claim dropped, but it was a few years ago and I've forgotten the process.
ABOUT THE CLAIM:
I parked in a disabled bay at a car park which was poorly sign posted. My passenger was disabled but didn't have a badge, but there wasn't visible signs so i parked there.
got the Parking charge a few months later and contacted the park owner but got no where. then i completely forgot about the fine and had a letter of claim which I didn't respond to in time. so now im at the court claim page.
i did go back to the car park after the initial notice and took photos of the lack of signage... i went back this week and there are signs everywhere lol, so at least I did that previously.
Claim issue date is 29 May 2025
So from reading the AOS link on acknowledging i have 14 +5 days to respond but i just want to make sure there is nothing i need to do prior to acknowledging the claim?

Just do the AOS online ASAP, on MCOL , to extend the deadline by 14 days, to 33 days
Then start drafting your defence, same as all the others
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first too1 -
AOS Completed 29/05/2025
POC:1 -
If the Issue date is 29 may, your AOS date cannot be the same date, because the claim form hadn't arrived
Post the correct Issue date plus the correct date that your AOS was done, your MCOL claim history will have the details2 -
BW Legal claim? Read a few others and just use the template defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am also from Cardiff, I know on my last claim I had to use a Bristol address to have the claim dealt with outside of Cardiff, is this still needed?0 -

Updated paragraph 3.
The Defendant entered the car park with the intention of assisting a disabled passenger, who required support during the visit. Upon arrival, the Defendant observed parking bays designated for disabled individuals and, understanding these spaces to be intended for vehicles transporting disabled persons, chose to park in one. At the time, the Defendant was not aware of any requirement to display a Blue Badge, as the signage indicating such a condition was not clearly visible or adequately placed to convey this information. Consequently, the Defendant did not display a Blue Badge, as they were not aware of the necessity to do so.0 -
