File a complaint with HMCTS now. They'll give the CNBC a shove to get the defence logged.MagicalBunnies said:Hi,

I have had nothing since the auto reply messages, and the auto-reply :Gr1pr said:Did they reply regarding the missing documents ? Or after the auto response email ?Thank you for emailing ........expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days
Should I be worried or continue checking every couple of days. The original address comes under a cardiff address and that court does the auto judgement!

Its not been 10 days yet, plus they don't work weekends, but they are behind anyway, so I would definitely check 2 or 3 times a week
The CNBC is in Northampton3 -
Still no correspondence as of yet from the CNBC, but I've filled a complaint to HMCTS via their form.
Included case number and other claim details including dates of emails and when defence was originally submitted and attached my defence.
Wish these cockroaches would stop playing their games, so frustrating2 -
Got a problemI did the complaint and had my defence submitted; and then I also sent emails to see if my postal address was changed, I followed up three times and had no response… but … my Microsoft edge reset on my laptop and it wiped all my passwords so I cannot log into the money claim portal.I’ve had no correspondence via email since, should I just risk it and send off the questionnaire N180, or is it a case of spending a day on the phone trying to find out at what stage I am at.0

Do you have the log-in name and password for your Government Gateway (they normally send that by post), once you log in to that, you should be able to use the password that you received with your N1SDT claim form.MagicalBunnies said:I did the complaint and had my defence submitted; and then I also sent emails to see if my postal address was changed, I followed up three times and had no response… but … my Microsoft edge reset on my laptop and it wiped all my passwords so I cannot log into the money claim portal.4 -
I have the Gateway ID in my emails, but I do not know the password, every time I use the forgotten password option, it sends a code and I get through to the gov website, where it says make a claim etc, and view existing claims. I go to this and its blank, but there is no way (that I can find) to redirect to MCOL.Do you have the log-in name and password for your Government Gateway (they normally send that by post), once you log in to that, you should be able to use the password that you received with your N1SDT claim form.
= Added context for the case =
Email from HMCT 20/08/2025 explained defence was submitted on 19/08/2025.
26/08/2025 I replied to the complaints team that i was unable to log into MCOL.
27/08/2025 email explaining "As the defence was filed by email the claim will no longer be available via the online portal.

Rang the CNBC and they stated the N180 should be emailed before the 2nd Oct.Coupon-mad said:Ring the CNBC in the morning.
Email has been sent with N180 attached, and an auto reply from DQ.CNBC has been obtained.
All emails the completed n180 was sent to are:DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk,

Hi,
I've been emailed about the mediation telephone call. It is in November.
I recently started a job after submitting N180 so it turns out I am working during the mediation call.
I am unable to take annual leave (due to company politics), so would potentially lose half a day.
However, I'm wondering if there is an average time for the telephone call, I've seen posts saying its as simple as it being 5 minutes, but is this still the case. The email just gives a 3 hour timeframe.0
