answered the call and offered them 50p! 

i mentioned to the mediator that i had photos of the car park around the time of the fine private PCN, aswell as, photos recently because they've added more signage which is now clearly visable. 

the mediator mentioned that they have asked if i can email them the photos I have... Should I?

I would have thought that by now you would know that it's not a fine  ( do not use that word in any communications in your court case  ), so not a fine, not a Penalty,  just a private PCN

The correct point at which you submit evidence to B W LEGAL and to your local civil court is at the Witness Statement bundle stage next year,  this bundle would include those pictures etc

Don't email them photos. It's up to them to make their claim.
