    They'll wait till the MHCLG publish their reply to the Public Consultation and way forward, then I predict the IAS will use the narrative report foreword to have a swipe at anything they don't like.

    I've been watching some video clips of Parliamentary committees and the phrase "in due course" is used by a lot of ministers and civil servants when asked questions by MPs. It's a pass the buck phrase.

    Having had dealings with the CTSI in the past they are now useless and due to funding cuts and use Citizens Advice as gatekeepers to keep the general public behind the fence. The whole thing is now a farce.

    It wasn't always like this, I remember many years ago one of my staff had a company car and the brakes kept fading after the third visit to the garage I involved Trading Standards and someone came to interview me from Reading and the vehicle which was over six months old was replaced by the manufacturer just like that.
