What's your end goal here? If I recall correctly you keep asking advise about current/future value of a host of random flats around London, possibly with the view of investing in one.
So are you trying to buy for yourself or as a BTL? What's your criteria for either?0 -

Is that a garage (or other entrance) right below the bedroom? Depending on usage and your working hours that could be an extra noise nuisance. Even if the price was good, and the building works werent on the books, I think I'd want to be in the flat while someone opens and closes the doors to check.Plus being on the corner you have 2 streams of traffic, so living and bedroom right on the road = extra noise and fumes, the balcony is not going to be very useful. Given the area I think a bedroom backing on to communal space or gardens/yard would be quieter, and better air quality.I'm not a fan of bathrooms without a window either, extractors only go so far.1

The bottom one is in a cul de sac off Ballards Lane, which is even busier. It has the big plus of Victoria Park just the other side of the main road. It has the gigantic minus of being right next door to a repair garage. There could be an awful lot of noise from the garage.
I've got nothing against RoadRunner Garage. They have done work on my car. But, £400k for a 1 bed flat right next door?!
You also need to think about how you would get to Finchley Central station. It's a 10 minute walk down Ballards Lane, which will be full of fumes in the morning, with the traffic backed up.
To put this in perspective, my daughter bought a 4 bed house for £675k in a quiet nearby road. You would be paying substantially more on a psf basis. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -
They did a good job cropping the garage out of that picture. Looks like they edited the sign out of the wall too.
It looked like a nice flat too with an outdoor space but that's going to be busy and noisy0 -
Oh gawd, if you click on street view for the second one, it loads up INSIDE the garage :-P
I am perpetually astounded by the price of tiny little London flats (often basically just half a house). I'm in the process of buying a 4 bed house in Cardiff (I know, its not London) for £315k, which comes with large bedrooms, large other rooms, and a large garden, and off road parking for 2 cars. I can't comprehend why people are so happy to pay such prices to live in a hell hole such as London.3 -

Different things suit different people.
I wouldn't however live in the flat listed or in Zone 4.1 -

then again, it counters the super cheeky photoshop to try and hide it. not in a milion years would I spend 400k on a tiny flat next to a noisy garage in london.
