there is nothing apart from personal affects willed to sister.

House was joint tenants so automatically goes to husband.

Op has explained there was nothing else left to pay out grandchildren.

Some posts have been deleted because I quoted some in my replies that I can no longer see as posts.

I think the biggest thing to take from this (and something I had to say to my own parents) is to keep reviewing and updating your will. There is no point in leaving Grandson Joe your 2nd home in the Bahamas if youve sold it and left the money to someone else (or to no one if youve spent it).
