Maturing ISA - what to do with it? What about CMC Invest?

I am looking at my options as I have a Shawbrook cash ISA maturing soon. I am looking for another cash ISA to transfer into. I have seen that CMC Invest offer a good variable rate AER 5.1%
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated
