Open new Paragon ISA and transfer in full existing Paragon ISA?

Just tried to do this (admittedly from/to a like-for-like product/issue) and didn't get an option to opt for a full transfer, was simply provided with a box to state the amount to transfer. Anyone know if there is a way to achieve a full internal transfer?

I've transferred an ISA internally with Paragon to a new issue in the past. I replied to a thread about it here - it doesn't answer your exact question about how to do it unfortunately, but it does at least show that it is possible to do what you're wanting to do yourself (without needing to contact Paragon).

It was a few years ago so I can't remember the exact process (and it's possible that it might have changed since then) but have you tried entering the full, current balance and proceeding to the next stage ? There is a chance that it might then flag up as a full transfer and state that the sending account will be closed and any interest due will be added.

Obviously proceed with caution though and don't confirm anything until you're happy they're going to carry out the transfer as you intended. Even if a partial transfer did occur, I don't think it would really matter as Paragon operate an 'ISA Wallet' which allows you to hold multiple ISAs with them anyway.

I did this recently from an old Double Access ISA to the latest one, which was already open and funded (couple of weeks). I used the "move my money" option, requesting that all the balance be moved. It then told me that that would take the old account below the minimum balance allowed and result in it's closure. Presumably I agreed to this and the interest due on the old account was added to the balance and moved to the new account. Can't remember the time scale. Something like that anyway.

As per slinger2, I did the same recently with Paragon and got the minimum balance notice regarding forced closure. The transfer went ahead as I wished, pretty much instant.

This worked, sounds like the closure warning when keying in the entire balance in the amount box is an equivalent of a "full transfer" tick-box.
