On the comms hub mounted on top of the electricity meter.

Not sure would be on gas meter dont have one.  Cannot find a manual that shows full menus but have seen a few pics of han signal strenth stats etc so probably will be somewhere in menu  if the 5s flash isn't good enough guide on hub.

Does gas show on ihd or just electric ?

Talk to supplier 5s flash is the healthy status at your end.

Last time I used the IHD - Gas and Electric, none were updating, will switch it back on and see what happens while I'm out.

@Marvel1 I think this little utility will complain if there's no WAN connection: n3rgy data Smart Meter check
Does that definitely do a live check talking to the comms hub right at the time, as opposed to showing information that was collected by DCC some time in the past?

I Wondered that so hence my if right to models query  but not sure op confirmed were his new meter models - but the dates were for meters shown under installed linexs as Mar and Apr 25 .

As I understand it, DCC don't store any data at all. They just provide a secure conduit for data from CHs to those authorized to retrieve them. n3rgy may cache the results to save bandwidth on future requests.

Doesn't look like the comms hub is communicating at all, does it?
@Marvel1 I think this little utility will complain if there's no WAN connection: n3rgy data Smart Meter check. It will give details of any problems with devices on the HAN if it does manage to connect.

Enter the MPAN for the electricity supply and tick the tiny confirmation box before clicking on Check meter. Comments in the results about missing firmware updates and warnings about expiring security certification can be ignored.

Commissioning a new installation is an incredibly complex process, with the potential for failure at every turn. There are enough missing data items in your report to suggest that commissioning didn't complete in every respect, so it would be worth trying to get hold of your supplier's smart metering people and asking them to go through commissioning again. I'm not sure if that can happen with no local intervention, but it's worth asking. If you'd like a reasonably readable run-down of this complexity, have a look at this: Solving smart meter issues | Octopus Energy

The last fault in your report - about the IHD being installed but not commissioned - can certainly be remedied remotely, and it should even be possible for first-line support staff to send the appropriate request.

Update: I changed tariff beginning of the month to include Peak Save Sundays (Electric)

I left it to see what happens for next bill.

Latest bill yesterday - Smart Meter reads (Electric and Gas), Peak Save Sundays were included on it.

They did want to lower my DD by 1/2 - from £100 to £50, I was able to amend back to £100 manually logging into the account.
