Outfox the Market: Energy

  • Hi, does anyone know of Outfox the Market lets you can download your smart meter energy data to csv file so you can analyse it and plot your own graphs of energy use on a spreadsheet? In the process of switching from Octopus (who has the download capability) but if I can’t do this with Outfox I’ll cancel the switch. I know it seems a bit geeky but we are a house of 7 and some work from home and use more energy in the day and some are away a lot so it helps us split the bills more fairly. Have asked Outfox but I never seem to get a clear answer. Many thanks!

No-one has ever mentioned that they can do this, as far as I recall.
But OFTM customers on the forum might not be the sort of data obsessives that do this!

Just switched to Outfox from Octoplus as well (dallied and missed the V2 so on the slightly more V3!).

Opted for 2nd July so i can put in readings anytime before then (i'm away on holiday shortly so would of done the transfer sooner) but the website and app don't allow me to, they just time out. I'm guessing I might need to give them a day or so to setup the account? I can login obviously.
    Cheers, Stu

I don't think they have any smart-meter- specific tariffs. They offer single-rate or E7.

You can download you usage in your online account, but it comes out as a PDF.

There are weekend and EV tariffs. At least there were, they don't show up for me anymore for some reason.

Thanks, I must've overlooked them last time I was on their website looking at tariffs!
