I don't think the OP has answered the question about where the door and windows are 'leaking'. If it is from the vents they are going to look very silly when an independent assessment says that's how they are designed.3

I have been messed about with this DG company and now I am left to sort this out ,when i thought the section 75 would protect me for such issues as this .
Generally no, in most cases they ombudsman agrees it is better to do a Chargeback first and only if that fails then consider it under S75 given there is a modest time limit for chargeback but vastly longer for S75 and as such doing a chargeback first enables you to do a S75 after whereas doing a S75 first often means you are then out of time for the Chargeback after.

I hope OP realises that a S75 claim is not going to get the windows removed, as per title.
Even if CC did pay out.Life in the slow lane1 -
TELLIT01 said:Where is air leaking in? If it's around the doors that can easily be corrected by foam filler and cover strips, although they shouldn't have been left that way in the first place.Other than that, as DullGreyGuy says, trickle vents are now required and they do 'leak air' by design.
There are no vents in the patio ,the unit has not been fitted straight and the frame has been stretched a little out of shape, and screwed to the wall .There is water coming inside the bottom of the patio in the footwell .........0 -
So it may be a perfectly good unit, but needs re-installing or sealing properly? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Repeating what you have already said doesn't get you more useful answers.
What sort of guarantee did the providers issue? FENSA certificate, you don't need to talk to the provider to get that?
Rather than paying for entirely new windows, you may be able to get a decent company to advise if they can seal the windows effectively, or take them out and reinstall properly. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -
