I bet that Motability have the V5c log book in your name as his carer, so you are named as the keeper after you signed for the vehicle ( so nothing to do with your son per se, my late friends daughter and grandson had a similar arrangement from when he was 5 ) , we thought that the paperwork was in your 10 year old sons name, but really it's in yours, as keeper
Hence why your name is on the court claim, so glad that we all understand that side of it

I think strike out is not the answer to this one. Just use the Template Defence linked in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread about court claim stage. It's very very easy.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
