I am sure it was in a national newspaper.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

after repeated attempts, I only managed to enter the first 2 characters.
Don't describe this as your fault in your defence. Don't even call it a keying error.

It's a well known machine fault, search for newspaper articles and the video by Lynda Eagan showing how Excel and ECP's machines do this.

@kryten3000 might recall which newspaper article her video was in this year. There were a flurry of articles about Excel & ECP faulty machines.

    Hi All

    Help!

It looks like I didn't submit my defence in time. I honestly thought I had more time. I've just been snowed under with work and family.

Is it worth applying for the judgement to be set aside or am I doomed?

When was the issue date   ?

Have I misunderstood the process. I thought I had about a month from acknowledgement date, not issue date.

Its 33 days from the issue date,  so the deadline was 4pm on June 2nd, one week ago, so they pulled the trigger within the last week

Sorry to say, but you snooze,  you lose,  that deadline was fixed in stone

Looks like I'm going to be a bit more poorer and Excel much richer

Next time I'll get them. Although I won't park in their car parks again :-(
