ISA transfer times - post your experience

Hi all,

Imho, the Cash ISAs - The best currently available thread keeps getting a bit cluttered with discussions on transfer experiences. It's a good topic so was thinking we could have a dedicated thread for this (apologies if there's already a thread on this lurking somewhere). 

My current experience is below.

For clarity, here are the transfer timeframes:

ISA transfers should take no longer than:

• 15 working days for transfers between cash ISAs
• 30 calendar days for other types of transfer

Plum cash ISA to Wealthify S&S ISA: 15+ days and counting   

Plums says they've done their bit and account is frozen and was down to £0.00, Wealthify keep saying they've not received anything; I've now got £0.02 interest showing again and the virtual assistant says it's residual.

Perhaps worth clarifying the mandated timescales in order to help manage expectations?
