Ovo & Ohme parting ways

What are my rights as I got an Ohme charger for the very reason that it worked with Ovo? My Kia Niro is not compatible with charge anytime. And I am fixed currently. Am I able to leave without incurring exit fee due to change in circ?

This is affecting enough people that we can give OVO a real headache if they start saying contracts will be enforced despite this change. I'm sure OVO have known about it for over a month because they had stopped selling Ohme installations by late April. Yet there's still no information/guidance from them about this.
