Need help on next steps

Missed the 28 day appeal period as the letter went to a different address. Have been told the original 14 day letter wasn’t received at all and they are only aware of the 28 day debt collection escalation letter. I’ve tried to appeal via email with the template you offer but received this response:

We are unable to accept an appeal via email.

Please ensure to read the information stated on your PCN carefully.

Appeal online by visiting www.ngpltd.com to submit and track the status of your appeal or appeal by post to New Generation Parking Management Ltd, 6 Beaufort Court, Admirals

Way, Canary Wharf, London, E14 9XL.

In line with the Code of Practice set out by our governing body The IPC, once payment has been received and the PCN has been settled, the matter is considered closed and therefore we will not accept an appeal. Further to this, if payment is received before we have responded to an appeal the matter will be considered closed and your appeal dismissed.

What are the next steps here please? The company is part of ICP

We parked in a disabled bay and didn’t display the disabled badge (which we do have) as we only nipped into a shop and were never aware of these cameras and company operating in the car park before

I believe that you meant the IPC

IDEALLY get the business or landowner to cancel it under the Equality Act 2010, plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Ignore any powerless debt collectors letters

Study what the new joint code of practice says regarding blue badges

Thanks for your reply - I am struggling to find the landowner - do you have any advice how to do this?

Just ignore NGP and the debt demands, apart from rectifying your address by emailing their DPO.

Everything you need to know is in the NEWBIES thread post 4 (and then post 2 if you ever get a claim form).

    You weren't at appeal stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
