BeFibre to cease trading - what next for them and other FullFibre customers?

Just announced to the industry this morning.
The question now is, do we end up migrating or given 30 days notice and have to find another ISP (without any exit fees)?
It comes off a merger of FullFibre and Zzoomm in a situation where the little fish ate the big fish. The suggestion I am seeing is that Zzoomm will take over as FullFibre has also ceased their public facing publicity (under Fibre Heroes).

If there is any change to the T&C’s customers should be allowed to leave penalty free , but if the contractual terms ( including things like speed etc ) and price including any discounts or other inducements stays the same , then the change of ownership doesn’t constitute an event that allows a penalty free exit …those customers will just become ZZoomm customers , but with their existing non ZZoomm conditions until renewal time1

That article says they are dropping the brand, not ceasing trading. A bit like BT now branding their retail offering as O20

Except O2 and EE were not existing brands on another network. They are ceasing those brands (as the Fibre Heroes brand has also ceased) and people will be moved on, it's part and the parcel of the big fish, little fish style of merger.
A fairer analogy would be the merger of British Satellite Broadcasting and Sky Television. The big fish ate the little fish and BSB's platform was shelved for Sky's over the course of a year or two. It looks to me as Zzoomm is the bigger fish in this merger.
