Trading 212 cash isa transfer - is this normal

My partner transferred their ISA and they were 343 in the queue, then about a week later around 100 then a few days later done.

i have done the same and its been stuck at 130 for 2 weeks. No budging. Appreciate it may just be me, but it seems odd they have bigger queues before and were able to work through them and now for me it feels barely moved.

What’s other people’s recent/current experience of Trading212?

I do not know how accurate their 'ticket numbering is but keep your eye on the due date, and chase if this is not met. As I had similar issue and cancelled my application and then reapplied and all went OK.  But had problems with a different  provide and due date was not met and now on a very low interest rate.

I'm still at "#76 in the queue -30 days" (aren't they supposed to do it within 15 days?), over two weeks later...
blue button says transfer funds, go through True Layer, Santander not showing ISA account, still !
    Is it always this difficult?
