If buyer pays then buyer will get a refund of their postage paid when the label hasn't been scanned into the system after 30 days - and anything you pay to RM will be out of your pocket. If it was seller pays (ie free postage) then you should get a refund again after 30 days (although there are reports online now that some sellers are saying they never did get a refund) , but again you won't be reimbursed for the RM label.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. It might be worth seeing if your PO takes Evri items, as many do. If not all you can do is apologise to the buyer and cancel sale, and make sure that you have removed Evri as an option for SD. The caveat to that is that ebay do say your postage choice can be over written in some circumstances.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
