It's ok. They'll still discontinue.
Complying with the order just gives them another few months of trying to grind you down.
Complying with the order could well result in them sending an invoice to Euro for "extra work" 🤣1 -
Thank you Car1980, I hope they will discontinue, just frustrating having to wait some more 😩
Haha let’s hope so 🤞 Euro would then get a taste of their own medicine 😂0 -
Good afternoon
Came back from my holiday 2 weeks ago to find a letter from Luton court to attend in April.Few days later an email from Dcbl to pay a reduced amount of £100, which I ignored and then this morning….ta dah!!! Another email from Dcbl with the Notice of Discontinuance 🙌
To say I’m happy is an understatement and it’s all thanks to all of you on the forum for your excellent advice and expertise 😊 so thank you very much

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
Calling @Umkomaas
And all we ask is this...apologies if you have already done it but the government survey deadline is extended:FIGHTBACK ALERT:
Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.
See this thread:
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you @Missy_moo for the copy of your NoD. I can now get this counted in the DCBL Legal thread of shame. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'll quote you in Umkomaas' disco thread as this is the wrong place to post that NoD.
