Good morningI have received this letter this morning.
I have been following all advice on this forum ( thank you so much) and have been waiting for a court date but received this instead.
My question is do you think DCBL will take this to the small claims track? Or will they just drop their claim?

Dcblegal sent their reply to my defence to the court and myself on the 5th June. Since then I have received nothing from them or the court and nothing new on Mcol either. So I don't really know what's happening at the moment.
